In addition to any necessary repairs, each piece of equipment is cleaned, adjusted and thoroughly tested. We provide same day or next day On-site service as well as 24/7 emergency repairs. If you prefer, we can arrange to have your equipment picked up or you can drop off the equipment at our facility for depot repair. We also offer hourly on-site time and material repair services. Our hourly charges are based on the time spent to diagnose plus any replacement parts.

• Printer Sales and Supplies: We sell Laser, Impact and Thermal printers from the leading printer manufacturers. We analyze your company’s specific printing requirements and offer custom solutions. We sell only manufacturer recommended supplies.

• Preventive Maintenance: We establish a schedule of visits to fine tune your equipment to head off potential malfunctions. We recommend a preventive maintenance program based upon the printer make and model, usage of media and the environment in which the printer is used.

• Loaner Program: Caribbean Technical Services can arrange to deliver a loaner printer when picking up your defective printer for repair. This program is available for our maintenance contract or depot repair service. Our loaner program allows you to use our equipment during peak printing needs. Our customers save by paying a rental fee versus a full hardware purchase.

• Trained and Qualified Technicians: Our service technicians are trained on the latest printing equipment and on the older models, from a wide range of manufacturers. Caribbean Technical Services will never leave your office without first testing your printer to ensure its proper operations.
